Prospects for the Modernization of Litigation Source Governance from the Perspective of Digital Justice
The development of digital justice provides a new variable for the connotation and value of litigation source governance.From the perspective of digital justice,the modernization of litigation source governance,which has the characteristics of"contemporary and Chinese styles",is conducive to reinforcing the development of law governance,furthering active justice,and enhancing governance competency.Nowadays,judicial agencies have utilized digital technology to develop intelligent police agencies,digital procuratorates,and digital courts everywhere,and have achieved certain results in the governance of litigation sources.However,such practical issues as notions,systems,mechanisms,and competency have become constraints to the modernization of litigation source governance.Accordingly,it is necessary to optimize the methodology that matches the modernization of litigation source governance from four aspects:transforming notions,improving systems,perfecting mechanisms,and enhancing competence from the perspective of digital justice.
