In the big data background,the cyber economic crime has taken on such characteristics as being virtualized,organized,and involving multiple parties.Furthermore,its evolution has the trends of integrating virtual space with real space,group industrialization with production chains,trans-regional and transnational operation,fast capital circulation and harmful impact.Accordingly,we should advocate the notion of cyber economic crime investigation and prevention,that is,to transform"passive investigation"to"proactive prevention","human-oriented investigation"to"information-led investigation",and"case handling"to"source governance".Meanwhile,we should reinforce and update the police information data systems and data models,strengthen the cultivation of composite talents,boost the further development of relevant legal systems,continuously improve the competency of investigating,preventing and governing cyber economic crime.
