Research on the Applicability of the Technology for Microexpression Analysis in Criminal Investigation and Interrogation
With China's interrogation rule system being refined and improved continuously in the national legislation and with the awareness of attaching great importance to the human right protection changing,it is of great significance for the police to use more legal,efficient,and intelligent interrogation methods in their practical work.The technology for microexpression analysis can effectively identify criminal suspects,help readjust interrogation strategies dynamically,discover hidden clues and guide follow-up investigation in the process of investigation and interrogation.However,it is also fraught with a certain degree of theoretical and practical difficulties.Accordingly,to explore the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,reinforcement of the training of investigators'professional quality,rational reallocation of software,hardware facilities and resources,and formulation of effective applicable standards can better the application effects of the technology for microexpression analysis in investigation and interrogation.
