Review and Restructure of Diversified Assistance Mechanisms for Juveniles Involved in Cases
It is a common occurrence for juveniles that their encounter with criminal cases does harm to their rights and interests,which finally may lead to difficulties in survival,health,education,development and etc.In the context of the implementation of the Law on the Protection Juveniles,procuratorial agencies should take the initiative to effectively get connected with police departments,civil affairs departments,educational departments,medical institutions,professional social service institutions,public welfare charitable organizations,and other entities in order to jointly build a diversified assistance framework for these juveniles in troubles.Thus their legitimate rights and interests can be protected and juvenile delinquency can be prevented and reduced.
