摘要

为提升社区警务水平,鼓励多元主体共治,社区警务协同治理的概念应运而生.智慧社区作为当今社区治理的趋势,能够利用信息技术提高社区治安管理水平,鼓励多元主体参与,进而推动社区警务协同治理的实现.智慧社区符合社区警务协同治理的内在需求,因此,为实现社区警务协同治理指明了新的方向.

Abstract

The concept of collaborative governance of community policing has come into being in order to improve the community policing level and encourage various stakeholders'participation in governance.The intelligent communities as a trend of today's community governance can utilize IT to better the community order management level,encourage various stakeholders to participate,thus spurring the attainment of the goal of collaborative governance of community policing.Intelligent communities cater to the inherent needs of collaborative governance of community policing,thus showing new directions for achieving collaborative governance of community policing.
