摘要
隔空猥亵案件以网游平台为主要搭识载体,以社交软件为主要传输工具,以欺骗、利诱为主要手段.性侵未成年人犯罪案件中,隔空猥亵未成年人的案件近年来较为多发,案件占比整体上升.该类案件多发除了犯罪嫌疑人自身原因之外,其背后还有家庭、社会和网络等更深层次的原因,因此应当协同家庭、学校、网络、社会等主体,构建性教育体系、筑牢监管防护体系、强化网络治理体系,共同织密网络空间未成年人综合保护网.
Abstract
Considering the fact that cases of cyberspace indecency are committed mainly through online gaming platforms and social media,which are their main transmission tools,deception and inducement are their main means.In recent years,compared with cases of sexually assaulting juveniles,cases of internet indecency against juveniles has been committed more frequently and this proportion is increasing.In addition to the suspect's own reasons,there are also deeper causes behind such cases,such as family,society and the internet.Accordingly,we should collaborate with families,schools,the Internet,society and other subjects to form a sex education system,strengthen the supervision and protection system,reinforce the internet governance system,thus jointly knitting a net for the comprehensive protection of juveniles in cyberspace.
