The administrate team at non-government colleges and universities has its own unique characteristics.It is a controversial topic that whether to promote the administrate cadre internally or to introduce externally in current non-government colleges and universities.This paper makes detailed analysis of the status of administrate team at non-government colleges and universities,advantages and disadvantages of administrate cadres' internal promotion or external introduction,and the reason why the two ways produced.Then propose the specific strategies about how to select and hire administrate group after non-government colleges and universities preliminarily established.
