The partner system of Alibaba group is a new corporate governance mode.On the basis of Comparison between the Alibaba partner system and traditional partner system and dual-share structure,this paper regards that the motivation of Alibaba partner system is due to the current social foundation,the inner driving force and the external conditions,which can provide some inspiration and reference to domestic other companies.
