Research on the Spatial Effect of Digital Economy on Green Total Factor Productivity
In the process of advancing towards high-quality economic development, the green value of the digital economy is increasingly prominent.Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,this paper uses the dynamic spatial Durbin model and threshold effect model to analyze the causal effect and impact path of the digital economy on green total factor productivity(GTFP).The research finds that the digital economy can significantly improve GTFP,with direct and indirect spillover effects, that is,the local digital economy can not only improve the local GTFP,but also promote the development of GTFP in neighboring regions. There is a nonlinear relationship between digital economy and GTFP,in which there is a single threshold for technical factors and capital factors, and their promotion effects decrease marginally after crossing the threshold. From the perspective of impact path, both technical efficiency and technological progress are important mechanisms for digital economy to improve GTFP.The conclusions provides a theoretical basis for promoting green development in China and achieving coordinated interaction between digital economy and green development in various regions.
