Research on Supervision Model Based on High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals
Supervision work is an important responsibility of the administrative office,which is conducive to improving work efficiency and promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity.Through the study of the current situation and existing problems of supervision in public hospitals under the traditional management mode,it is proposed that through the innovation of supervision mode,the whole process of important work is guaranteed to be managed in a closed loop,timely and efficient implementation,and the information management methods,process visualization,and effect quantification are realized,to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.With the fundamental purpose of improving the execution and operation efficiency of hospitals,the supervision mode suitable for the high-quality development of public hospitals is explored,which provides some reference significance for the innovation of supervision mechanisms in public hospitals.
