New Ecology of Higher Vocational Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Collaborative Governance of Government,Schools and Enterprises Based on the Knowledge Production Model Ⅲ
In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge production is shifting to mode Ⅲ,and higher vocational colleges and universities serve economic and social development by prying the four major functions of talent cultivation(teaching),scientific research,social service,and cultural inheritance and innovation with knowledge production.However,in this process,they are faced with real problems such as mismatch between supply and demand,unsound institutional mechanism and imperfect educational governance,which need to be solved urgently.Based on this,higher vocational colleges and universities need to improve the quality of the supply side by playing the management function,adjusting the mechanism of knowledge production,forming the synergy of government,school and enterprise to educate people,changing the mechanism of integration of industry and education,and integrating and coordinating the management of political,economic,cultural and educational capitals in the form of diversified participation,co-operation and co-construction,resource sharing,and co-management of problems,so as to flexibly adapt to the requirements of the era of knowledge economy.
