The Practical Difficulties and Approaches of the Reform of the Evaluation of the Labor Literacy of College Students
Abstact:The reform of the evaluation of labor education guided by the labor literacy of college students is an inevitable choice to meet the challenges of the new era.However,the current evaluation of labor literacy has problems such as single evaluation method,functional alienation,and imperfect system,which to some extent hinder the progress of the reform and fail to fully play its leading role in the goal of education.In order to effectively promote the reform of the evaluation of college students'labor literacy,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and practice in terms of establishing a precise evaluation target system,planning multi-dimensional evaluation content items,constructing diversified evaluation subject indicators,and designing various evaluation methods and carriers,so as to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of labor education.
