Exploring Digital Talents Cultivation Program Based on HRDP Concepts
HRBP helps enterprises better achieve the organic integration of human resource management and business,but the actual application focuses on business,neglecting the development support of human resource management to other stakeholders.BC City Commercial Bank has explored and summarized and refined the concept of HRDP(Human Resource Development Platform)creatively in its working practice.HRDP advocates that internal and external stakeholders of an organization should be regarded as the cus-tomers of HR work,which should be centered around the needs of customers,focusing on solving custom-er pain points and providing customers with perceptible,measurable or visualized value output.BC City Commercial Bank has built a comprehensive talent development system around this concept and combined it with digital transformation.
