企业开放式创新是指企业有目的的知识流入和流出,推动其内部创新活动,同时扩大创新成果在外部市场的应用.企业要构建开放式创新的管理架构,基于内外部情境分析,合理制定开放式创新目标,合理选择创新合作伙伴,明确最佳合作开放度,推进开放式创新活动的有效开展.要阶段性评估开放式创新成效,在此基础上,优化改进合作创新举措.要强化开放式创新生态体系建设,做好与合作伙伴的沟通协调,确保组织间合作更为顺畅.此外,企业要合理选择开放式创新的组织模式,强化合作组织间的协同管理,形成最大化的创新合力.要构建开放式创新的互联网合作平台,并做好财务、技术及知识产权等多方面的风险防控,更好地促进开放式创新活动的实施.
The Management Architecture and Implementation Path of Enterprise Open Innovation
Enterprise open innovation refers to the purposeful inflow and outflow of knowledge,promoting internal innovation activities,and expanding the application of innovation results in external markets.En-terprises need to build a management framework for open innovation,based on internal and external situa-tional analysis,reasonably formulate open innovation goals,select innovation partners,clarify the optimal cooperation openness,and promote the effective implementation of open innovation activities.Enterprises need to periodically evaluate the effectiveness of open innovation and,based on this,optimize and improve collaborative innovation measures.Enterprises need to strengthen the construction of an open innovation e-cosystem,improve communication and coordination with partners,and ensure smoother cooperation a-mong organizations.In addition,enterprises should choose an organizational model reasonably for open in-novation,strengthen collaborative management among cooperative organizations,and form the maximum innovation synergy.Enterprises need to build an internet cooperation platform for open innovation and take measures to prevent and control risks in various aspects such as finance,technology,and intellectual property,in order to better promote the implementation of open innovation activities.
