自创区科创网络效应促进企业创新绩效的作用机制

为了加快建设科技强国,强化创新驱动发展战略,以高水平科技创新塑造发展新动能新优势,我国试点设立了自主创新示范区,这不仅成为提升企业自主创新能力的关键引擎,同时也是从要素驱动到创新驱动高质量发展的重大战略需求.文章依据 2009-2020 年北京中关村、上海张江和武汉东湖三地自创区的政策文本,进行扎根理论编码聚类研究,发现自创区设立后企业从其科创网络中获得的资源集聚与同群联盟等网络效应促进了企业自主创新绩效的提升.进而选择自创区内A股上市公司为研究对象,收集 2017-2021 年的面板数据样本,实证揭示了资源集聚和同群联盟对企业自主创新绩效的作用机制.研究发现:自创区网络的资源集聚与同群联盟等网络效应均能显著提升其企业自主创新绩效,且还可通过知识共享和投入强度进一步促进企业自主创新绩效的提升;同时,数字化转型和制度激励在资源集聚与企业自主创新绩效之间起到调节作用.最后,按照自创区地理位置进行分层回归发现,同群联盟仍对企业自主创新绩效产生显著影响,但西部地区样本的显著程度有所降低,而资源集聚仅在中东部样本中呈现显著性.这一结论为企业提升自主创新绩效提供了新的驱动场景,也为中国创新驱动发展提供了新的关注焦点.
The Mechanism by Which the Self-Created Area's Innovation Network Effect Promotes the Vitality of Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Performance
In order to speed up the construction of a strong country in science and technology,strengthen the strategy of innovation-driven development,shape new driving forces and new advantages with high-lev-el scientific and technological innovation,China piloted the establishment of an independent innovation demonstration zone.This not only became the key engine for improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises,but also became a major strategic demand for high-quality development from factor-driven to innovation-driven.Based on the policy texts of Zhongguancun in Beijing,Zhangjiang in Shanghai,and Donghu in Wuhan from 2009 to 2020,this paper conducted a grounded theory coding and clustering study,and found that after the establishment of the self-innovation demonstration zone,the resource aggregation and peer alliance network effects obtained by enterprises from the self-innovation demonstration zone pro-moted the improvement of enterprise's independent innovation performance.Then,A-share listed compa-nies in the self-innovation demonstration zone were selected as the research object,and panel data samples from 2017 to 2021 were collected to empirically reveal the role mechanism of resource aggregation and peer alliance in promoting enterprise's independent innovation performance.The results show that:the re-source aggregation and peer alliance network effects of the self-innovation demonstration zone can signifi-cantly improve its enterprise's independent innovation performance,and can further promote the improve-ment of enterprise's independent innovation performance through knowledge sharing and input intensity;At the same time,it was revealed that digital transformation and institutional incentives played a regulato-ry role in the relationship between resource aggregation and enterprise's independent innovation perform-ance.Finally,according to the geographical location of the self-innovation demonstration zone,the hierar-chical regression was carried out,and it was found that the peer alliance still had a significant impact on enterprise's independent innovation performance,but the significance of the western region sample was re-duced;While the resource aggregation only showed significant in the central and eastern region samples.This conclusion provides a new driving scene for enterprises to improve their independent innovation per-formance,and also provides a new focus of attention for China's innovation-driven development.
