摘要

数智时代背景下大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术快速发展,对高校育人方式提出挑战.高校科研育人有效融合了科学研究与育人工作,能够为数智时代人才培养助力,为国家的科技兴国战略和人才强国战略提供有效支撑.当前高校科研育人普遍存在理念上认识不清、制度上不够完善和活动形式上缺少内化等问题,急需从认知层面、制度层面和形式层面改进和提升,可通过强化科研负有的使命和担当,完善校院两级组织架构和制度体系,创新科研育人的活动形式等举措探索高校科研育人有效实施路径.

Abstract

In the age of digital intelligence,the rapid development of big data,cloud computing,AI and other technologies poses challenges to the way of talents cultivating in universities.So that it can providing effective support for the national strategies.Cultivating talents by research in universities effectively in-tegrate scientific research and talents cultivating,which can help cultivate talents in the age of digital intel-ligence,and provide effective support for the national strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and technology and the strategy of strengthening talents.At present,there are many problems in cultivating talents by scientific research in universities,such as unclear understanding of ideas,imperfect system and lack of internalization of activity forms,which need to be improved and promoted from cognitive,institu-tional and formal levels.Through strengthening the mission and responsibility of scientific research,im-proving the organizational structure and institutional system of the university,and innovating the activity forms of scientific research and education,the effective implementation path of cultivating talents by scien-tific research in universities is explored.
