Digitalization provides a new carrier and territory for the management of graduate education and the construction of educational governance systems in universities.This paper optimizes the traditional graduate career education model from four dimensions:environmental policies,student factors,digital technology,and online employment.As a planning and guidance for the entire process management of graduate education in universities,it focuses on the current issues of graduate career education in universi-ties,explores the development laws of graduate career education in universities under integrated media,empowers media with technology,and provides direction for the academic research ability,ideological and political moral quality,and future employment development of graduate students,constructing a scientific and effective ideological and political work system and operating mechanism.
