Construction enterprises operate in a highly resource-intensive industry compared to others,fa-cing fierce market competition,with a regulatory environment and legal risks that are more complex.With the slowdown in basic investment construction and economic downturn,the pressure from dispute cases the companies face is continually increasing.Construction enterprises should do a good job in the sustain-able construction of their internal legal management system under the new situation,establish compliance risk management mechanisms,and help enterprises actively respond to and resolve risks.
