Under the trend of regional integration,the cooperation of waste classification among cities is worthy of research and attention.Taking the"1+8"urban agglomeration of Shanghai metropolitan area as an example,evaluates the effectiveness of waste classification management policies from the perspective of regional integration.Based on the content analysis method,63 waste classification management policies re-leased from 2016 to 2022 are quantitatively analyzed through content and co-emergence semantic network analysis.On this basis,the PMC index model was used to quantitatively evaluate the waste classification management policy.It is believed that there is still room for optimization of the current policy.
