摘要

中国生物医药产业迈向原始创新是实现产业转型升级的必由之路.以2005-2020年中国生物医药A股上市公司作为研究样本,利用高维固定效应面板模型,实证分析多维技术溢出对医药企业原创性创新的因果效应与影响路径.研究发现:行业内、行业间以及本地化技术溢出显著提升医药企业原创性创新水平,而研发投资激励效应是其中的影响路径,市场竞争在其中发挥着负向调节作用.异质性分析表明,多维技术溢出对国有、大规模以及高新技术企业的积极影响更大.研究结论为激励生物医药企业原创性创新活动、助推中国生物医药产业创新升级提供了参考依据.

Abstract

China's biomedical industry towards original innovation is the only way to realize industrial transformation and upgrading.Taking the 2005-2020 Chinese biomedical A-share listed companies as the research sample,the high-dimensional fixed-effect panel model is used to empirically analyze the causal effect and influence path of multi-dimensional technology spillover on the original innovation of pharmaceu-tical enterprises.The study found that:intra-industry,inter-industry and localized technology spillover significantly improves the original innovation level of pharmaceutical enterprises,and the incentive effect of R & D investment is the influence path,and market competition plays a negative role in regulating it.Het-erogeneity analysis shows that multi-dimensional technology spillover has a greater positive impact on state-owned,large-scale and high-tech enterprises.The research conclusions provide a reference for en-couraging the original innovation activities of bio-pharmaceutical enterprises and boosting the innovation and upgrading of China's bio-pharmaceutical industry.
