Analysis of the Current Status and Strategies for the Development of Specialized Departments in County-level Comprehensive Public Hospitals in the Yangtze River Delta Region:Taking Ophthalmology as an Example
In order to accelerate the deepening and implementation of the integrated construction of medical and health care in the Yangtze River Delta region,this article takes county-level comprehensive public hos-pitals in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,and conducts comprehensive research and a-nalysis on the allocation of various specialty resources,specialty capabilities,and other aspects of the hos-pital.Specifically,research is conducted from two modules:specialty resource allocation and specialty ca-pabilities.Specialty resource allocation includes specialty settings and layout,specialty scale,hardware and equipment facilities,and the allocation of human resources;Specialized abilities include specialized medical technology and scientific research abilities.This article takes ophthalmology as an example,sum-marizes the main problems in the development of ophthalmology in county-level hospitals through re-search,and discusses and proposes strategies for the specialized development of county-level comprehen-sive public hospitals.
