The Value and Effect of Hospital Historical Archival Research on Hospital Culture Construction
Hospital-related historical document,especially in newspapers and magazines published before 1949 was somehow neglected in the past because of the hardship in collecting and translation.However,it was of great value and help to the culture construction of hospitals.The paper takes Shanghai General Hospital as an example and discovers the benefits of the document on culture construction through collec-tion and research.The benefits can be concluded as following:supplement and correction for hospital his-tory;support for the design and comment of hospital history pavilion;inspiration and reference for the de-sign of hospital IP stuff;innovation and supplement for various events surrounding culture construction;new challenge and requirement for hospital document work.
