开放系统理论(Open Systems Theory)不但考虑到影响组织的内部因素,还考虑到影响组织的外部因素.在高校人文教育体系中引入开放系统管理理论,旨在构建一个更加科学、开放、动态的教学系统,以提高教学质量,培养具备创新精神和实践能力的人才.本文在开放系统管理理论的指导下,结合目前中国高校钢琴教育现状,构建了基于开放系统管理理论的高校钢琴教育体系模型,从教学投入、教学转换、教学产出和外部环境反馈四个维度进行阐释.
Research on the Liberal Education System in Higher Education Institutions Based on Open System Management Theory:Taking Piano Education as an Example
Open Systems Theory not only considers the internal factors that influence an organization,but also the external factors that influence the organization.The introduction of open system management the-ory into the liberal education system in universities aims to build a more scientific,open,and dynamic teaching system to improve teaching quality and cultivate talents with innovative spirit and practical abili-ty.This article,guided by the theory of open systems management and combined with the current situa-tion of piano education in Chinese universities,constructs a piano education system model in universities based on the theory of open systems management.It explains from four dimensions:teaching investment,teaching transformation,teaching output,and external environmental feedback.
