Design of Inlet and Exhaust Pipes and Waste Gas Treatment of Coating Process
Based on an engineering example, this paper provides a detailed introduction to the design of the inlet and exhaust pipes for coating process,as well as the processes and methods for waste gas treatment.Firstly, the inlet and ex-haust systems of the coating process are studied.Combined with the demand of process production line, instruments and valves are used to control the fresh air volume and waste gas volume.By controlling the proportion of fresh air volume and waste gas discharge, the optimal use of fresh air volume and exhaust air volume of the coating machine under different working conditions is achieved.Secondly, the waste gas discharged by coating is treated. The main components of the waste gas are methanol and other small amounts of aromatic hydrocarbons and ether organic compounds. With regenerative oxidation furnace(RTO),part of the heat energy is recycled to save energy consumption. Finally, the instrument and a complete set of control system are used to conduct real-time monitoring and control of the process flow, which not only achieves the effect of energy saving, but also solves the environmental problems.
