双膜法在食品废水深度处理中水回用工程中的应用

采用双膜法(超滤+反渗透)对某食品企业污水站二沉池出水进行深度处理,处理后的中水回用至卫生间及冷却塔,达到节约自来水的目的.二沉池出水先进碟滤系统,去除大颗粒悬浮物(SS)后再进超滤系统.在进入超滤系统前加入次氯酸钠,降低化学需氧量引起的有机物污堵.单套超滤膜装置产水量为20 m3/h,共2套,回收率在90%左右,产水浊度在0.3 NTU以下.反渗透进水中添加阻垢剂、还原剂,避免膜被氧化,单套反渗透装置产水量为14m3/h,共2套,回收率在70%左右.反渗透产水电导率低于80uS/cm,符合中水回用水质要求.
Application of Double Membrane Method in Water Reuse Engineering for Advanced Treatment of Food Wastewater
The dual membrane method(ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis)was used to deeply treat the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of a food enterprise's sewage station.The treated wastewater was reused in the bathroom and cooling tower,achieving the goal of saving tap water.The disc filter system was used before ultrafiltration membrane in or-der to remove suspended solids(SS)and add NaClO to reduce blockage by chemical oxygen demand.The water flow rate of a single ultrafiltration membrane system was 20 m3/h.The ultrafiltration recovery rate was about 90%,and the turbidity of the produced water was below 0.3 NTU.Scale inhibitors and reducer were used before reverse osmosis system to avoid the membrane from oxidizing.The water flow rate of a single set of reverse osmosis system was 14 m3/h.The reverse osmo-sis recovery rate was about 70%.The conductivity of reverse osmosis products was less than 80 uS/cm,which could meet the requirements of water reuse.
