在不同反应温度、反应压力、丙烯质量空速、甲醇/过氧化氢物质的量比、丙烯/过氧化氢物质的量比、pH等工艺参数条件下,比较了不同规模过氧化氢制环氧丙烷(HPPO)装置TS-1(进口)、HTS(国产)催化剂的性能,HTS催化剂性能处于国际领先水平,过氧化氢和丙烯物耗也较低.在反应温度25~90℃,反应压力0.2~3.4 MPa范围内,HPPO装置综合能耗先升高后降低,达到最低值后继续升高.在最佳反应温度58~67℃和最佳反应压力1.5~2.4 MPa时,HPPO装置综合能耗相对较低.在非最佳反应温度和反应压力范围内,若其他技术取得进步或突破,可进一步大幅度降低HPPO装置能耗.
Analysis of Factors Influencing Energy Consumption of HPPO Plant
The performance of TS-1(imported)and HTS(domestic)catalysts in different scale hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide(HPPO)plants was compared under different process parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction pressure,propylene mass space velocity,methanol/hydrogen peroxide mass ratio,propylene/hydrogen peroxide mass ratio,pH,etc.The performance of HTS catalyst is at the international leading level,the material consumption of hydrogen per-oxide and propylene is also relatively low.Within the reaction temperature range of 25-90 ℃ and reaction pressure range of 0.2-3.4 MPa,the comprehensive energy consumption of the HPPO plant first increases and then decreases,reaching the lowest value before continuing to increase.At the optimal reaction temperature of 58-67 ℃ and the optimal reaction pres-sure of 1.5-2.4 MPa,the comprehensive energy consumption of HPPO plant is relatively low.Within the non optimal reac-tion temperature and reaction pressure range,if other technologies make progress or breakthroughs,the energy consump-tion of the HPPO plant can be further significantly reduced.
