Heat Balance and Optimization of Chilled Water System in Acrylic Plant
This article analyzes and discusses the temperature fluctuations in the chilled water system of acrylic acid plants,and proposes three improvement schemes.The first scheme is to change the cooling water of the GAA unit freezer from circulating water to chilled water.The second scheme is to stabilize the heat balance of the chilled water system by adjusting the pressure of the propylene evaporator.The third scheme is to properly adjust the amount of circulating water in each first condenser to stabilize the heat load of the chilled water system.By analyzing and comparing the three schemes,the third scheme is considered to have the best operability.
