Exploration of Uncertainty in the Determination of Aluminum in Polypropylene Infusion Bottles Using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
According to YBB0002002-2015 Polypropylene Infusion Bottles, the uncertainty in the determination of aluminum in polypropylene infusion bottles using graphite furnace atomic absorption method was analyzed.By establishing a mathematical model for aluminum determination, the testing process is analyzed, the main factors affecting uncertainty are identified, the components of each uncertainty are quantified, and finally the synthetic uncertainty of this method is calculated. When the aluminum content in polypropylene infusion bottles is 36.81 μg/L,its expanded uncertainty is ±2.106 μ/L.The results of each uncertainty component indicate that the main sources of uncertainty in measuring alu-minum content are the repeatability measurement of the results and the least squares fitting of the standard curve.
