The problems existing in the original course system and the basic principles of constructing the modular course system was analyzed.The construction scheme of the modular course system based on"post-ability layered"for the major of applied chemical technology in higher vocational education was put forward.It was pointed out that the new form of teaching materials,the double-professionally-titled teachers,the optimized practical teaching conditions and management mechanism were the important guarantees for the successful implementation of the modular curriculum system.
