共聚型聚酰亚胺的合成及其性能研究

以双酚A型二醚二酐(BPADA)和3,3',4,4'-四羧酸二苯醚二酐(s-ODPA)为二酐类单体,4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(4,4'-ODA)为二胺类单体,采用两步法,合成了一系列共聚型聚酰亚胺,并利用傅里叶红外光谱对所得产物的化学结构进行了表征,通过热重分析、差示扫描量热、动态热机械分析对所得聚合物的热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度、高温机械性能等进行了分析.随后在一定条件下制备了相应塑料,并对其力学性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:随着聚合物中具有柔性基团的二酐单体BPADA引入量的增加,所得聚合物的玻璃化转变温度和力学性能(弯曲强度、拉伸强度等)降低,而熔体质量流动速率明显升高,即热塑加工性能提升.
Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Co-polyimides
A series of co-polyimides were synthesized using 4,4'-(4,4'-isopropylidenediphenoxy)bis(phthalic anhy-dride)(BPADA),3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylicdiphenyl ether dianhydride(s-ODPA)as dianhydride monomers and 4,4'-oxybis-benzenamine(4,4'-ODA)as diamine monomer by two-step method.The chemical structure of the obtained powder was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The thermal stability and glass transition temperature of the polymer were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.Then the corresponding plas-tics were prepared,and their mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that the glass transition temperature and mechanical properties(bending strength,tensile strength,etc.)of the polymer decrease with the increase of the intro-duction of BPADA,while the melt mass flow rate increases significantly,indicating that the thermoplastic processing prop-erties has been improved.
