企业科技创新的关键是人才,如何激发国有企业科研技术人才创新创造活力,使其更好地发挥主动性和创造性,已成为国有企业重点关注的问题.HY集团作为大型国有企业,结合自身实际,探索实施科技线条干部人才职级序列及履职保障管理办法,推动形成了纵向贯通、横向融通的科技创新人才发展机制,为科技人才提供了稳定的发展环境,激发了科技人才创新活力,进而推动了企业的科技创新和高质量发展.
Abstract
The key to scientific and technological innovation in enterprises is talent.Stimulating the innovation and creativity of scientific and technological talents in state-owned enterprises,so that they can better develop initiative and creativity,has become a key point for state-owned enterprises.HY Group,as a large state-owned enterprise,combined with its own reality,has explored the implementation of the official rank sequence of scientific and technological cadres and talents and the management method of job performance security,promoting the formation of a integrative reconciliation mechanism for the development of science and technology innovation talents.This has provided a stable development envi-ronment for science and technology talents,stimulated their innovative vitality,and thus promoted the scientific and tech-nological innovation and high-quality development of the enterprise.
