摘要
使用加盐间歇萃取精馏的方法制取无水乙醇,探究在以丙三醇为萃取剂的情况下,回流比、无水氯化钙质量和原料乙醇质量分数对乙醇水溶液分离效果的影响.研究结果表明,加入无水氯化钙的质量较少时,会降低产品乙醇的质量分数.
Abstract
The method of intermittent extraction distillation with salt addition was used to prepare anhydrous ethanol,and the effects of reflux ratio,anhydrous calcium chloride mass,and raw material ethanol mass fraction on the separation efficiency of ethanol aqueous solution were investigated using glycerol as the extractant.The results indicate that adding a small amount of anhydrous calcium chloride will reduce the mass fraction of ethanol in the product.
