摘要
在Reppe法 1,4-丁二醇工业装置上试用国产铜铋催化剂,并与进口铜铋催化剂进行对比.采用国产铜铋催化剂所生产物料的甲醛质量分数、色度、电导率等指标与进口催化剂基本一致,催化剂质量浓度、燃烧失量、铜离子质量浓度和pH等指标有一定的改善,表明国产铜铋催化剂能够满足国内Reppe法 1,4-丁二醇工艺对催化剂性能的要求.
Abstract
The domestic copper-bismuth catalyst has been used on the Reppe 1,4-butanediol industrial plant and compared with imported catalyst.The formaldehyde mass fraction,chromaticity,conductivity and other indicators of the materials produced using domestic copper-bismuth catalysts are basically the same as those of imported catalysts.The catalyst mass concentration,combustion loss,copper ion mass concentration and pH have been improved,indicating that domestic copper-bismuth catalyst can meet the performance requirements of the Reppe 1,4-butanediol process in China.
