摘要
甲基丙烯腈是一种重要的精细化工产品,主要作为中间体用于生产聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯等产品.简要介绍了甲基丙烯腈的主要生产技术,包括丙酮氰醇法、混合C4 直接氨氧化法、异丁烯氨氧化法,以及其他新型工艺路线,并对甲基丙烯腈主要下游应用进行了概述.
Abstract
Methacrylonitrile is an important fine chemical product,which is used as organic chemistry midbody to produce polymethacrylimide and methyl methacrylate.The major production technologies of methacrylonitrile,including acetone-cyanohydrins method,mixed C4 ammoxidation method,isobutylene ammoxidation method,and other novel routes were introduced.The main downstream application of methacrylonitrile was also summarized.
