摘要
指出了再沸器控制系统中蒸汽凝液正常排放的重要性,并简要回顾了蒸汽凝液排放中常见排放装置的特点.根据再沸器控制原理,结合实际项目改造经验,针对再沸器控制系统的不同缺点和需求,采用不同的凝液罐系统进行优化设计.最后介绍了凝液罐系统的设计和注意事项.
Abstract
This paper points out the importance of normal discharge of condensate in reboiler control system,and briefly reviews the characteristics of common discharge devices that used in the condensate discharge.Based on the con-trol principle of reboiler and the experience of actual project,the different condensate pot systems are adopted for the op-timization design to solve the disadvantages and requirements of the reboiler control systems.Finally,the design and pre-cautions of condensate pot are introduced.
