课证融通,课岗融合:职业教育危化品安全作业课程开发与实践

摘要
在对特种作业危险化学品安全作业课程内涵及开发思路分析的基础上,对课程开发过程进行具体阐述,包括:对上海市化工企业HSE(健康、安全和环境)工艺人员需求情况进行调查研究;通过专题研讨论证,开展课证、课岗课程要素建设;基于考证分析,设计可行的课程方案;通过行动研究,助力教学建构.基于上述工作,开发了对应于HSE16 种工艺的课岗课程及其配套资源.此外,还对课程实施的主要举措及取得的成效进行了相应分析.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the connotation and development ideas of the hazardous chemicals safety opera-tion course,the course development process is specifically elaborated,including investigating and researching the demand for HSE process personnel in Shanghai's chemical enterprises,carrying out the construction of course certification and course position elements through thematic discussions and demonstrations,designing feasible course plans based on verifi-cation analysis,constructing teaching program through action research.Based on the above work,courses and supporting resources corresponding to 16 processes have been developed.In addition,a corresponding analysis was conducted on the main measures implemented in the course and the effects.
