氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂的制备与研究

为改善丙烯酸树脂的疏水性、拉伸强度和耐水性,制备了氟硅改性的丙烯酸树脂.通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重测试(TGA)、凝胶色谱分析(GPC)等对改性前后的丙烯酸树脂进行表征,并对氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层进行测试.研究表明,丙烯酸树脂中引入全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷和硅酸四乙酯,搭配HT-100固化剂制备的涂层性能得到很大提高.在氟硅改性剂添加量为树脂质量的25%时疏水效果最好,水接触角从未改性丙烯酸树脂的83.8°大幅上升至140.5°.
Preparation and Study of Fluoride and Siloxane Modified Acrylic Resin
To improve the hydrophobicity,tensile strength and water resistance of acrylic resins,fluorosilicon modi-fied acrylic resins were prepared.The acrylic resins befor and after modification were characterized by infrared spec-troscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric(TGA)and gel chromatography(GPC),and the modified acrylic resin coating was test-ed.The results showed that the properties of the coating prepared by adding perfluorodecyl trimethoxysilane and tetraethyl silicate into the acrylic resin with HT-100 curing agent were greatly improved.The hydrophobic effect was best when the content of fluorosilicon modifier was 25%,and the water contact angle increased from 83.8° to 140.5°.
