马来酸酐改性琼脂制备、表征及改性机理研究

探讨了马来酸酐(MAH)对琼脂的改性效果.通过控制温度和pH,制备了多种改性琼脂样品.结果显示,在酸性条件下脱硫作用显著,碱性条件下则以取代作用为主.高温下,相对分子质量增加,表明发生了交联反应.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)和动态光散射分析等确认了改性琼脂的结构变化.改性琼脂的凝胶强度、透明度、凝固温度和融化温度等理化指标均有所改善.在30 ℃、pH=9.0的条件下,取代度最高,为0.068;在70℃、pH=3.0的条件下,硫酸根含量最低,为0.44%.
Preparation,Characterization,and Modification Mechanism Study of Maleic Anhydride Modified Agar
This study explores the modification effects of maleic anhydride(MAH)on agar.By controlling temperature and pH levels,various modified agar samples were prepared.The results show that desulfurization is significant under acidic conditions,while substitution is predominant under alkaline conditions.At high temperatures,the increase in rela-tive molecular weight indicates cross-linking reactions.The structural changes of modified agar were confirmed through technologies such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and dynamic light scattering.The physicochemical indicators of modified agar,including gel strength,transparency,viscosity,gelling temperature,and melting temperature,have all been improved.Under conditions of 30 ℃ and pH=9.0,the degree of sub-stitution is the highest at 0.068,under 70 ℃ and pH=3.0,the sulfate content is the lowest at 0.44%.
