纤维素纳米晶/聚乙烯醇气凝胶的制备及其对六价铬的静态吸附性能

采用定向冷冻干燥法和固相交联法成功制备了不同配比的纤维素纳米晶/聚乙烯醇(CNC/PVA)气凝胶.随着CNC含量的增加,气凝胶密度显著降低.压缩性能测试结果表明,气凝胶在取向方向上具有更高的压缩强度.扫描电子显微镜结果显示,50%CNC/PVA气凝胶具有薄片状取向结构和微绒毛结构.静态吸附实验结果表明,50%CNC/PVA气凝胶对Cr6+具有优异的吸附能力.当Cr6+质量浓度为180 mg/L时,其最大吸附量可达 40.79 mg/g.
Preparation of Cellulose Nanocrystals/Polyvinyl Alcohol Aerogel and Its Static Adsorption Performance of Hexavalent Chromium
Cellulose nanocrystals/polyvinyl alcohol(CNC/PVA)aerogels with different ratios were successfully pre-pared by directional freeze-drying and solid-phase cross-linking methods.As the CNC content increased,the aerogel density decreased significantly.The compressive performance test results showed that aerogel possessed higher compres-sive strength in the orientation direction.The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the 50%CNC/PVA aerogel had a lamellar orientation structure and a microvillous structure.The results of static adsorption experiments showed that the 50%CNC/PVA aerogel had excellent adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅵ)ions.When the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)was 180 mg/L,the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 40.79 mg/g.
