环境法治教育功能实现的重要性探讨

摘要
从教育功能实现存在的问题、教育功能实现的意义两方面阐述了环境法治教育功能实现的必要性,分析了环境法治教育功能实现的可行性,指出应在明晰环境法治教育施效的积极功用、我国的客观需求、既有国内外经验的基础上,解决法治、管理、理念、社会等方面存在的问题,落实素质教育、学术研究与实务教育领域的改革方案,以实现法治、教育与环保事业三重进步.
Abstract
On both sides of the issues existent and the significance in the realisation of educational function,the necessity of realising the function of education in the environmental rule by law is expounded and its effectuation is analysed.It has indicated that the resolution of the existent issues in respect to the rule by law,management,ideas,society,and etc.should be based on clarifying the active effect of conducting education in the environmental rule by law,the objective needs in China,and both domestic and overseas available experiences whilst putting the reform scheme into effect in the fields of quality-oriented education,academic researches and practice education.Thus,a triple progress could be attained in the rule by law,education and the undertaking of environmental protection.
