A Study on the Standard Systems Related to Land Disposal of Sludge——A Case Study of Heavy Metals in Sewage Sludge
Nowadays,there are four standard systems related to land disposal of sludge including that for sludge quality under the charge of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,that for organic fertiliser under the charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,that for compound fertiliser under the charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and that for soil environmental quality under the charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.In respect to those systems,their past records,constituents,core standards,and etc.were presented.Taking heavy metals as an instance,the mismatching phenomena existent among those standard systems were expounded,and applicable suggestions have been given for the current situation.The resolution of the concerns of all parties could be sought to maximum extents through a balanced approach whilst stressing the national interests as a basis.
