概述了垃圾分类的背景与意义,结合昆山市垃圾分类工作实践,介绍了昆山市垃圾分类取得的成效,总结了垃圾分类工作中存在的问题,提出通过优化制度机制、加强宣传引导、强化政府推动、深化监督管理等方式推进垃圾分类工作的路径.
Abstract
An overview of the background and significance of refuse classification is given in combination with the practice in Kunshan City.The effectiveness of refuse classification attained in Kunshan is presented whilst summarising the existent problems and proposing the approach to promoting the refuse classification through optimising the system and mechanism,strengthening the publicity and guidance,intensifying the governmental driving,deepening the supervision and management,and etc.
