摘要
分析和探讨了湖南临湘工业园滨江化工产业园区依法退出长江干流岸线一公里范围后,升级搬迁安置园区内退出企业、有效治理和修复受污染地块,并对地块依法进行科学合理再利用,恢复长江沿线原生态环境等问题.
Abstract
In accordance with the law,Binjiang Chemical Industrial Park,subordinated to Linxiang Industrial Park in Hunan Province,is to be moved out of the area within one kilometre by shoreline along the mainstream of Yangtze River.A series of follow-up issues have been analysed and discussed in respect to upgrading the withdrawn enterprises to be resettled,effectively rehabilitating and remedying contaminated plots for further being re-used legally and rationally,restoring the pro-ecological environment along Yangtze River,and etc.
