摘要

分析了鸟击防范工作运行过程特征,运用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建了3类一级指标、31项二级指标,运用组合赋权法确定各指标权重,量化了评价指标等级并对其进行了有效度检验,形成了能客观真实反映鸟击防范工作的指标体系,可为机场相关工作提供科学依据.

Abstract

Characteristics of the operation process of bird strike precaution work were analysed,and the pressure-state-response(PSR)model was used to construct three categories of first-level index and thirty-one items of second-level index.The combined weighting method was used to determine the weight of each index,and the evaluation index levels were quantified and verified based on their causal logic to form an index system capable of objectively reflecting the reality of bird strike precaution.It could provide a scientific basis for airport bird strike precaution operation.
