社会生活噪声突出问题与管控对策探讨
A Discussion on Outstanding Problems about Social Activity Noise and Its Control Countermeasures

摘要
以上海市为例,剖析社会生活噪声污染的主要问题、影响特点,排摸管控中存在的难点,并提出设备类噪声强化源头控制与企业自查自管、行为类噪声积极推广居民自治、公民参与等解决对策.
Abstract
Taking Shanghai as an example,main problems and influence characteristics of noise pollution from social activities were analysed,whilst thoroughly examining the difficulties in its control.It is proposed to strengthen the source control and self-inspection/self-management by enterprises for equipment running noise,and to actively promote residents'self-governance,public participation and etc.for behavioural noise.
