摘要
对上海市15家餐厨废弃油脂初加工场所进行环境调查,评价了厂区内污水排放口污水与厂界环境空气质量情况.结合市政府对餐厨垃圾的管理需求,对餐厨垃圾废弃油脂处置场所的环境质量把控提出了相关建议.
Abstract
An environmental investigation was conducted at fifteen sites for kitchen waste grease preliminary processing in Shanghai,and their effluent discharge and ambient air quality at the site borders were assessed.According to the municipal government's requirement for kitchen wastes management,related suggestions have been proposed on the control over environmental quality at kitchen rubbish/waste grease disposal sites.
