摘要
调研了国内外在产企业土壤和地下水污染防治工作进展,就现阶段我国在产企业开展土壤和地下水污染隐患排查和自行监测工作过程中存在的问题,结合实际案例,厘清隐患排查和自行监测方案编制的工作要点,为在产企业及相关从业单位开展类似工作提供借鉴经验.
Abstract
By investigating the working progress in soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control at domestic and overseas enterprises in production,problems recently occurring during the potential risk investigations and self-monitoring of soil and groundwater contamination in China are focused on.Combined with actual cases,major points for preparing the potential risk investigations and self-monitoring programme are specified.It is expected to provide reference for enterprises in production and related practitioners to carry out like work.
