摘要
结合《环境工程名词术语》(HJ 2016-2012)及相关法律中的定义,对环境领域几组典型的专业术语进行了辨析,总结出环保行业相关工作准入门槛较低、概念炒作、科研人员把关不严、环保主管部门用词不严谨等是导致部分专业术语使用不规范的原因,建议从加强从业人员的专业知识培训、提高行业准入门槛、加强对市场的监督与监管、强化科研人员和环保主管部门的引领作用等方面规范环境领域专业术语的使用.
Abstract
Based on the definitions in《Terminology of environmental engineering》(HJ 2016-2012)and related laws,several typical technical terms were identified and analysed.It was concluded that lower entry threshold for the relevant work in the environmental industry,hype of the concept,lax gatekeeping control by the scientific research personnel,loose wording by the environmental authorities,and etc.have caused the non-standard use of some professional terms.It was then suggested that the use of environmental terminology should be standardised from the following aspects:strengthening the professional knowledge training for practitioners,raising the threshold for entry into the industry,strengthening the market supervision,reinforcing the leading role of scientific researchers and environmental authorities,and etc.
