Symbiosis of Welfare:Research on Welfare Practice of Township Social Work Station
As an emerging grassroots welfare entity,township(sub-district)social work stations play a crucial welfare role,compensating for the deficiencies in grassroots civil affairs forces.In the new era,the collaboration between township social work stations and existing grassroots welfare entities has become a widely discussed topic.The theory of symbiosis provides a new theoretical perspective for the cooperative efforts between social work stations and other welfare entities.Based on a longitudinal survey of four social work stations,this article examines the challenges encountered by social work stations in welfare practice and their growth and changes over the past two years from the perspectives of symbiotic entities,symbiotic interfaces,and symbiotic environments.It demonstrates the gradual improvement of the symbiotic system of diverse welfare entities with social work stations as the core and explores the underlying mechanisms of symbiosis among diverse welfare entities.The perspective of"symbiosis of welfare"provides a theoretical basis for the reconfiguration of collaborative relationships among grassroots welfare entities and the concrete provision of welfare services.It holds significant importance in advancing the development of grassroots welfare practices.
