From Connection,Solidarity to Action:Logic and Mechanism Analysis of Village Community Construction Supported by Social Work:Practice Based on Z Village in the Suburbs of Beijing
The key to rural revitalization is to establish a rural community,which is an effective way to break the trend of individualization and atomization,and to consolidate the relationships among villagers.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of a typical case in Z Village,located in the suburbs of Beijing.It explores the logic and mechanisms of village community construction supported by social work.Research has found that the collective living memory of villagers in the past is the historical foundation for community construction,and rural revitalization is the practical driving force behind community construction.Under the leadership of the village committees,social services are taken as the starting point to form interactive connections among individuals,groups,and the whole within the village.On the basis of these connections,social unity among villagers is enhanced through public activities.On the basis of public awareness,to take action for the collective development of villages,the main strategy is to form a village community from connection and unity to action,to promote the development of villages,and finally achieve"I am for everyone,everyone is for me"rural revitalization.
